Phonak

Phonak - life is on

Phonak, a member of the Sonova Group, has developed, produced and distributed technologically leading hearing and radio systems for more than 50 years.

Phonak supported the Hopf-cochlea project of the Stoop Group in the past by a KTI-Grant. There is an ongoing informal collaboration of Ruedi Stoop with Dr. Stefan Launer, head of the research divison at Phonak.

 

Vitus GmbH

Swiss-based Vitus Ltd. is an innovative consulting company specialised in business engineering, accounting and interims management. The goal of this cooperation is to develop novel approaches towards a more successfull business management, to quantify the effects of controlling mechanisms and to find means to classify and optimize relevant parts of business administration.

 

Novartis

Novartis is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. Novartis supported the Stoop group in the past by a KTI-grant. The project consisted in developing a complex classification model to correctly classify the properties of potential drugs.

 

Pantaris

Pantaris is a swiss label and a Biel-based "Atelier" for project work in the fields education and relations science and society. One of the former members of the Stoop group, Markus Christen, is co-founder of the Atelier Pantaris.

Ruedi Stoop is lecturer at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. There exists a collaboration with Prof. Gianni N. di Pietro, head of the section Informatics and Telecommunications.

HSR Rapperswil

Ruedi Stoop is lecturer at the HSR Rapperswil. There exists a collaboration with Prof. Joseph Joller, Institute for Internet Technologies and Applications.

Prof. Leonid A. Bunimovich, School of Mathematics, Georgia Institute of Technology

Ruedi Stoop has a long-time personal collaboration with Prof L.A. Bunimovich, head of the Institute of Applied Analysis. The Stoop group plans to extend the collaborations which will involve the newly founded Center for Bioinformatics, Computational and Mathematical Biology.

Yoshifumi Nishio is a personal friend of Ruedi Stoop and a collaborator of the Stoop Group.

Ruedi Stoop has a long-time personal collaboration with Jürgen Parisi, Professor at the Department of Physics.
